This 4300 sf State of the Art Animal Hospital was built under our PROJECT MANAGEMENT process. The service was provided at a Competitive Fee to manage the project from design through to Successful Completion.
This process has also been applied to our RESIDENTIAL Projects which has been proven to be an advantage to our customers not only in controlling costs but also giving flexibility in design and special requirements.
General Contracting
This was our 3rd Project working with General Motors of Canada and was completed through our GENERAL CONTRACTING process.
Construction of their main Boardroom was provided on a Fixed Contract Price to completely renovate interior finishes as well as new Mechanical Systems, Electrical upgrades and total update of Audio/Visual Systems.
This process works well for Projects with complete design drawings or Projects with well defined scopes of work.
Carpentry Services
Rescue and Restoration of this 90 year old residence in the Heart of Osborne Village was handled with our CARPENTRY SERVICES Process. We provided all the skilled Craftsman required to shore and brace this residence to prevent any further deterioration or collapse.
Competitive bids can be provide for this Service but in this case the owner chose the Open book time & material method to demolish and reconstruct this Historic House back to its original Grandeur.
